Myles
Willis is a 14 year old who came to the Queens Falcons wanting to
play football. Little did he know the impact it would have on his
life.We found out today that Portsmouth Abbey has accepted Myles and will grant him a full financial aid package. Myles’ father and mother have never been able to attend even one game because they work 7 days a week to support the family.
Myles did not know how to run when he came to us. He was 6’6’ and weighed 320 lbs. Myles now weighs 270 – he lost 50 lbs. He also learned how to run and most importantly, he received tutoring and took the SSAT Exam and scored well enough to receive entrance into Portsmouth Abbey.
Remember the name, Myles Willis.

Welcome
Welcome to Queens Falcon’s web site. This site is designed to be
a resource for players, parents, coaches and administrators, and
will be refreshed and kept current by our webmaster. Please check
frequently for scores, standings, field directions links to
interesting other web sites and special sections for players and
parents.
Philosophy
Our philosophy is that football is an allegory for life. We feel
that learning to overcome the adversity one faces on the football
field emotionally prepares an individual for the adversity he may
one day face later on in life. We, as coaches and mentors, feel that
it is incumbent upon us to help children grow into well-rounded
young adults as well as coach football.
It is our belief that team sports generally and football specifically offers individuals the chance to build character, self esteem and team values by increasing a child's desire to strive for individual excellence while contributing to the team as a whole.
When and Where
Our home games and practices are held at Juniper Valley
Park.
For a full map and directions, visit our
Directions page.
Take Woodhaven Blvd. (going away from Queens Center
Mall), and make right onto Dry Harbor Road. Go straight until
you see Juniper Blvd. North and make a right. Go about 1/4 a
mile and the field will be on your left.
We look forward to seeing you at registration in January 2008.
Remember to always check our calendar for
important dates.
Please feel free to contact us if you have
any questions.
